We carefully evaluate the prospective home site to determine which designs and floor plans take best advantage of the land.
After we have selected the perfect location for the home site and have created a floor plan to best take advantage of the natural qualities of the land, we focus on the details of the design plan. This is when the specific design aspects of the custom home come to life. Superior Custom Homes will create a detailed design plan for every aspect of a custom home including exterior brick and stone, interior features like trey and coiffured ceilings, arches and barrel ceilings, curved hallways, marble columns, custom tile, and natural stone work.
After the floor plan has been perfected and approved, the Superior craftsmen work to build your dream home. As you would expect, this attention to detail and craftsmanship takes a bit longer to produce when compared to a box home. Our experience is that our customers wouldn’t have it any other way. |
